SAVANNAH, Ga. (AP) - A South Carolina man accused of causing a deadly crash in Savannah that killed his passenger now faces a vehicular homicide charge.
23-year-old Anthony Miller of Ridgeland, S.C., was indicted Wednesday by a grand jury.
He's charged in the April 2007 death of 25-year-old Jason Heyward, also of Ridgeland.
Savannah-Chatham police said Miller lost control of his car and hit a tree near 37th Street.
Miller was also charged with reckless driving, speeding and other traffic offenses.
