ATLANTA (AP) - 2 of the Rev. Martin Luther King Jr.'s children are scheduled to meet with their brother later this month to discuss their father's estate.

As his heirs, Bernice King, Martin Luther King III and Dexter King are shareholders in King, Inc., but have not formally met since 2004. Fulton County Superior Court Judge Ural D. Glanville ordered the three surviving children to meet on Sept. 28.

In his order issued Friday, Glanville says he is "extremely troubled" by how the estate is being run. Dexter King is the president, chief executive officer and chief financial officer of the estate.

He was not present at a hearing earlier this week in the case because he broke his leg badly in a July car accident and is unable to travel.
