What's grander than a grand opening with music, food and an educational tour? For the first time February 3rd, the doors of the Augustus B. Turnbull Conference Center on FSU's campus were opened to the public.

People were given a chance to check out the new 47,000 square-foot facility. The three-story center, located on the corner of Copeland and Pensacola Streets, features a 400-seat auditorium, 320-seat dining room, executive boardroom, 11 meeting rooms and that's just to start. The center also features a catering kitchen, loading dock designed to support conference spaces and an attached 1,000 car parking garage.
