GADSDEN COUNTY, Fla. (WTXL) – Deputies are investigating after a Gadsden County Jail inmate was found dead in his cell.
According to the Gadsden County Sheriff's Office, on Friday night at 9:30 p.m., jail staff found the inmate unresponsive from an apparent suicide by hanging.
A forensic investigation will be conducted on the body to determine the exact cause of death.
The inmate's name is not being released at this time.
