TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - Troopers report a turning lane on Monroe Street is blocked due to a crash at the I-10 westbound exit ramp.
The Florida Highway Patrol reports that the crash happened on Monday around 4:20 p.m.
They say Monroe Street is blocked near the I-10 westbound exit ramp.
