LEON COUNTY, Fla. (WTXL) - The Leon County Sheriff's Office will be holding a Farm Share distribution on Thursday.

LCSO said anyone who lost their food due to power outages from Hurricane Michael is welcome to come and receive fresh food at no cost. They are asking one representative per family (max. three) per vehicle.

The event will start at 8:00 a.m. and continue until food runs out. They encourage attendees to get in line early, as most times they run out of food after only a couple of hours.

The bulk of the distribution will be passed out through a drive-thru assembly line, however, LCSO will have a walk-up area for those coming via bus, or walking to the Sheriff's Office.
