TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - Sustainable Tallahassee greened the LeMoyne Chain of Parks Art Festival to celebrate Earth Day.
The organization put signs with tips about recycling all throughout the park.
They also offered a water bottle refill station and reusable shopping bags, showing people easy ways to help the environment.
"A lot of it is educating the children, then they'll get the parents and businesses," said Jim Davis, Sustainable Tallahassee Executive Director. "You can educate a person and they'll become the champion for other people in the community."
The organization also featured vendors who used recyclable bags, napkins, and sold items made from recycled materials.
